Lead Bartender Spa Beach Bisto 501 2nd Avenue NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately using Square POS or similar systems, including cash register operations. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations. Keep inventory stocked by ordering supplies as needed and managing waste effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or similar food industry setting is preferred. 3+ years of bartending is required Familiarity with Square POS or other point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. A passion for mixology, creativity in crafting new cocktails, and knowledge of current beverage trends. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
