As a Mixologist, you will create an inviting atmosphere for guests while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in beverage preparation, along with your ability to engage with customers, will contribute to an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Requirements Proven experience in a mixology or bartending role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Familiarity with banquet service is a plus. Experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register. Knowledge of food service practices and food handling regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
