What You’ll Do Serve food, drinks, and unapologetic attitude with a side of sarcasm Keep the tables full and the insults flying (the nice kind, obviously) Read the room and play the character—it’s dinner and a show Handle POS, tips, and basic side work without losing your cool Stay in character while still delivering real, quality guest service What We’re Looking For Outgoing, theatrical, and genuinely funny personality Able to serve with while still providing great service Must be okay with adult humor and irreverent language Experience in serving or hospitality preferred, but not required Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Perks Tips.
