In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of excellence in hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process payments accurately using the cash register and Aloha POS system. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS and OpenTable systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
