Tiki Bar Manager / Bartender The Pointe Hospitality Group 1255 Country Club Road, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563 THE POINTE is hiring a part time bartender / manager to join our team at The Tiki Republic. The Tiki Republic mission is to create a fun, unique experience at our one of a kind authentic tiki bar on the golf course. Oversee day-to-day bar operations. Ensure communication and training for serving pizza from the adjacent pizza kitchen. Building relationships with golfers and customers. Maintaining safety, food and bar quality standards. Keeping customers happy and handling complaints. Scheduling, hiring and training staff according to the set standards. Ensuring high standards with cleanliness and great customer service, consistency and quality with drink preparation. Helping create a simple tiki and golf themed cocktail menu. Help to update opening and closing checklists as needed. Ensuring effective daily stocking with staff and ordering communication with management.

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of bar + restaurant experience Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and management skills Communication abilities – Verbal and Tech Savvy Training in food safety High school diploma or GED certificate
