We are a Latin inspired restaurant bringing elevated food, beverage, and hospitality to the downtown community. We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager, and bartenders to join our dynamic team. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide outstanding guest experiences by engaging with guests, taking orders, and elevated service with incredible hospitality that creates real human connection. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Assist in staff training to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about drink recipes and service standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender or a manager role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and cocktail presentation. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in restaurant management is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
