Barback Corona Cigar Company – Sarasota 22 North Lemon Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34236 Corona Cigar Co is looking for an outgoing Barback to support our bar staff at our new Sarasota location. Candidates must be able to work in a smoking environment. Previous barback experience is preferred. In addition, candidates must be able to multitask, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency at all times. Attention to detail is a must.
Primary responsibilities include:
Assist bartenders. Take away dirty dishes, glasses and maintain clean ashtrays. Stock service stations and maintain their cleanliness. Keep floors clean and dry of all debris, cigars and liquid. Serve customers as needed. Perform additional tasks as directed. Maintain coolers; keeping them clean and organized. Keep bar stocked with supplies, liquor, beer, wine and garnishes. The ability to stand for extended periods of time. Be able to reach, bend, climb ladders, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
