The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions regarding drink selections. Process transactions accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist with banquet events as needed, providing excellent hospitality to guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is preferred. Proficiency in retail math for managing cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with cash register operations and Aloha POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of bartending techniques, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes is essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
