RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide guests and fellow Mellow team members to new and favorite libations; act as a match maker between beverages and the legendary Mellow menu Accurately and efficiently make drinks for bar guests and servers Above all: provide positive, memorable, and hospitable experiences for our guests; find ways to exceed guests’ expectations Be welcoming and accommodating; present menus, educate patrons, and answer questions with a Mellow vibe Take orders at tables and guests at the bar; make recommendations and offer positive feedback while being your unique self Be attentive and quick; make sure guests are relaxed and comfortable; make sure all beverages are full or replaced Take care of business through accurate payment processing, keep the cash drawer balanced, maintaining clean and ready to serve dining rooms, and all the side work that goes along with the territory. Monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory; keep the bar area sparkling clean Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude; solve problems on your feet and offer solutions Have fun; enjoy working with your amazing team of pizza bakers, fellow servers, and bartenders Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age for all guests Comply with food and beverage regulations; maintain current knowledge of all laws affecting alcohol purchase and patron safety Everything you need to know about working here can be found in our name!
