Waitstaff/Bartender The Venice Golf and Country Club 250 Venice Golf Club Drive, Venice, FL 34292

Responsibilities:

Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members Take member orders & provide recommendations based upon their preferences Maintain a clean & organized bar area Check identification of members to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption Ability to operate Jonas POS System Monitor & manage inventory of bar supplies & ingredients Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations Provide excellent customer service & create a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender preferred Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to handle food safely & follow proper food handling procedures Excellent sales skills to upsell & promote specials or new drinks Basic math skills Exceptional customer service skills to interact with members in a friendly & professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle high-volume periods, such as member events.
