The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, placing orders when necessary. Promote drink specials and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills. Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service standards is a plus. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A background in hospitality or sales can be beneficial for enhancing guest interactions.
