You’re energetic, personable, and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments. You know your way around a cocktail shaker, or you’re excited to learn. You bring good energy, connect with people easily, and love delivering standout guest experiences. What You’ll Do:

Craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, creativity, and care Engage customers with friendly, informed, and genuine service Maintain a clean, organized bar and keep glassware and tools spotless Restock bar supplies and help manage inventory efficiently Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Collaborate with our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Support special events, banquets, and busy service shifts with enthusiasm

What You Bring:

Experience behind the bar is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with passion and personality Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/card transactions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay cool and efficient under pressure Knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and coffee a bonus A team-oriented mindset and a sense of pride in your work A flexible schedule including nights and weekends Why Propagate?
