Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events such as banquets. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary. Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Skills Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or retail settings. Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
