As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality beverages while maintaining the standards of our dining establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food, according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping the bar stocked with supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service. Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple orders during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Qualifications 5+ experience in a bartending role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Experience with POS systems for processing orders and payments is highly desirable. •Toast knowledge a plus• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
