• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced bartender to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. • Duties:

• Oversee the dining area to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service
• Train, supervise, and support serving staff to maintain high standards of service
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
• Proficiency in food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
• Strong knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
