They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for service.
Restocking and Maintenance:
Keeping the bar stocked with all necessary ingredients, glassware, and bar supplies. Replenishing liquor, garnishes, ice, and other bar necessities. Cleaning and wiping down bar counters, tabletops, and furniture. Washing glasses and dishes. Handling drink spills and broken glassware. Support for
Bartenders:
Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies and maintaining the bar area during service. Running glasses, running ice, and cutting fruit. Refilling ice wells and emptying trash receptacles. Checking on bartenders and ensuring they have everything they need.
