As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in brewing, food safety, and handling will contribute to our guests’ overall experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist with banquet service as needed, including setup and breakdown of events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest has a positive experience. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Food safety practices and regulations in the food industry. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues during busy shifts.
