This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a willingness to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by cleaning tables, chairs, and other surfaces. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff. Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons. Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Support culinary staff during busy periods by assisting with basic food service tasks. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while managing multiple tasks. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in various roles within the kitchen or dining area.
