Bring It Outcast Bar and Grill is getting pumped for the season! We are now Hiring servers and bartenders for our Santa Rosa Beach location. We are looking to hire individuals who are great at multitasking, communication, have a positive attitude with a sense of urgency and appreciation for putting in hard work with a great pay off! When we say we work as a team, we mean it! We operate “tavern style,” everyone takes tables and bartends, there is no “servers vs. bartenders” here, all tips are pooled. We’re a mix of Local Hang Out Spot with a growing tourism presence. We’re open until 1 am during the week, 2 am on Weekends. Applicants must be available for 3 shifts a week with preference going to those with Sunday availability

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and LOUD “Welcome to OUTCAST”, every time.
• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and within the restaurant including organizing supplies, wiping down surfaces, and washing glassware
• Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide a one of a kind experience that we’re known for
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry or bartending required
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Must be at least 21 years old
