Server/Bartender/Manager The Perfect Pig 7 Town Center Loop, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly crafting beverages and ensuring efficient service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Operate the POS system (Aloha POS preferred) for processing orders and payments efficiently. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet setting is highly desirable. Strong math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and fine dining service standards. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
