Responsibilities Provide a warm, hospitable environment for guests and colleagues. Lead and educate the bartender team to ensure smooth and efficient shifts. Ensure the bar is prepped and set up for success. Bartending 4 nights a week. Collaborating with the bar team to create cocktail menus. Support monthly inventory processes. Keeping work stations cleaned and organized. Performing other work-related duties. Qualifications Extensive bartending experience. A strong passion for hospitality, cocktails, and spirits.
