• Engage with guests, lead drinking games, and keep the vibes high. Serve drinks
• Bartend private parties (alcohol provided by the host). Look the part
• Be well-groomed, confident, and have a magnetic personality. Keep things tidy
• Always clean as you go and leave the space as you found it What You Need to Be a Model Bartender Bartending Experience

• You’re outgoing, engaging, and can work a room . 21+ Only
• You must be at least 21 years old. Flexible Availability
• Most events happen Friday-Sunday, but some may be midweek. Reliable Transportation
• You need to get to and from private venues. Bartending License (Preferred, but not required at hire)
• Must obtain if hired (4-hour process). Professionalism
