The perfect candidate must have experience for fast paced movement of the downtown Historic District. Able to multi task and adapts to the changing and diverse clientele. The outlet Bartender is responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems; providing the highest quality service to guests and servers, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation while also maintaining control over the liquor inventory. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by co-workers and guests.
