As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure availability. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in catering events as required, ensuring that beverage service meets guest expectations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders efficiently. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred; experience in fine dining or catering is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Cash handling experience with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
