Server/Bartender Yummies Food Lounge 7045 Mount Zion Cir, Morrow, GA 30260 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including banquet services, nightclubs, and fine dining establishments. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Assist with food handling as required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with banquet services, nightclub environments, or fine dining is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and food handling practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues alike. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
