Bartender/Server Biryani N Grill Smyrna, GA 30080 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and catering needs for events. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Experience Previous experience in a bartending role is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a background in food service or hospitality will be considered. Familiarity with fine dining environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification may be required.
