Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Handle cash register operations, processing payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Uphold the establishment’s policies regarding responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
