Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute an innovative cocktail menu that aligns with Southern National’s culinary vision. Manage bar operations, including inventory control, purchasing, and compliance with health and safety standards. Lead, train, and inspire bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards of hospitality. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Collaborate with the culinary team to pair cocktails with menu offerings. Monitor and manage costs to meet budgetary goals. Foster relationships with guests to create memorable experiences and build brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail creation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for hospitality and providing unforgettable guest experiences. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
