Bartender Chiringa -Beltline 678 Edgewood Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30312 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience in our fine dining establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Stay updated on current drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for brewing techniques and cocktail creation is a plus.
