Full Job Description Bartender Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments and operate cash register
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
