The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a flair for crafting unique and delicious cocktails. As a Bartender at Muchacho, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional beverage experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, primarily cocktails, wines, and other unique drinks. Create innovative drink recipes that enhance the guest experience. Provide excellent guest service experiences by engaging with guests, and addressing any inquiries or comments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS or similar systems. Assist in managing inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate beverage offerings for banquets and special events. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices to ensure guest safety. Requirements Previous experience in a mixology or bartending role is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience with payment handling procedures is essential. Familiarity with mixing and presentation techniques is a plus. A background in food service or restaurant operations is advantageous.
