You will be expected to work in a team-work based environment with the guest needs as your top priority. Extensive food and wine knowledge is required. As a professional server and bartender, you will be expected to know all the menu items and the wines by the glass. Employees must learn all ingredients and have a good understanding of allergies and dietary restrictions. The menu is seasonal. Menu tests will be obligatory upon each menu change. Employees will be expected to attend monthly wine classes and workshops. Most importantly, Canoe is looking for employees that enjoy providing exceptional service and hospitality in order to create a memorable experience.
