As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests in various settings. Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
