You will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for everyone. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations for food and entertainment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and seasonal offerings. Experience Previous experience as a liquor bartender is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
