The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, enhancing their overall dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction during busy periods. Support banquet operations by assisting in setup, service, and breakdown as required. Skills Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
