Bartender Mahjong Inc 950 West Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30309 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage service in various settings, including nightclubs and fine dining establishments. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all applicable laws. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper ring-up of orders. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene. Experience Previous bartending experience preferred, particularly in nightclub or fine dining environments. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math principles.
