Bartender Umbrella Bar at Ponce City Market 675 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced, fast-moving Bartender who knows how to command a bar and keep the energy high. You’ll be responsible for making drinks quickly, handling orders efficiently, and delivering top-tier guest experiences — all while keeping things organized and clean behind the bar. Bonus points if you’re into Asian spirits, creative cocktails, or just have solid drink game.

Responsibilities Make and serve cocktails, soju slushies, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks to spec Handle bar tickets quickly and accurately during high-volume rushes Engage with guests, answer questions, and make recommendations confidently Restock liquor, syrups, garnishes, and glassware throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and legally compliant bar at all times Set up and break down the bar daily, including cleaning and closing duties Handle payments and POS transactions quickly and accurately ID guests and monitor consumption to ensure safe alcohol service Work closely with kitchen and expo teams for smooth service flow
Desired Qualifications:
1-2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant Confident with classic cocktails and fast-pour service (not craft cocktail only) Friendly, composed, and customer-focused under pressure Strong multitasking and time management skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to lift 40+ lbs, stand for long shifts, and work weekends/holidays ServSafe or responsible alcohol certification a plus
