ABOUT YOU

Must possess superior people skills Passionate about wine with a strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings Ability to determine wine faults and maintain proper temperatures in order to showcase products at their maximum potential Solid understanding of pricing, budgets, and cost controls Dedicated to cultivating customer excellence and a hospitality-driven culture Availability to work around peak hours, weekends, and holidays Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy High School Diploma or equivalent Responsibilities Greet and serve customers with a focus on wine selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and payments. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events. Uphold fine dining standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
