Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events or banquets, ensuring timely service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred; experience in nightclub or catering environments is a plus. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of food service operations is beneficial.
