Bartender Recess In Roswell 11510 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Experience in nightlife settings, catering events, or sales is a plus. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders. Operate the POS system for order processing and payment transactions. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with other staff members to support catering events or special functions as required. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a high-energy environment, including nightclubs or similar venues. Familiarity with SpotOn POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Must possess valid food handling certifications as required by local regulations.
