The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their beverage needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus and beverage options. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems. Serve beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, including specialty drinks and seasonal offerings. Assist with food service as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Ensure cleanliness of the bar area and dining spaces, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Requirements General knowledge in Japanese Cuisine preferred Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably within the food industry. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent guest services. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
