The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a high-end dining environment. As a Fine Dining Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable dining / Bar experience to our guests by showcasing your knowledge of the menu, beverage, wine pairings, and exceptional service skills. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Provide recommendations for cocktails, wine pairings and up-sell menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Support catering events as needed, ensuring that all service standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing bills and handling payments accurately. Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
