Responsibilities:

✅ Craft Quality Drinks

• Prepare classic cocktails, house specialties, and customer requests with precision and efficiency. ✅ Work Efficiently
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring drink quality and consistency. ✅ Memorize Signature Drinks
• Learn and master Layaly’s unique cocktail menu and be able to recommend drinks to guests. ✅ Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating an enjoyable experience. ✅ Maintain Bar Cleanliness
• Keep the bar area stocked, organized, and clean, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations. ✅ Process Orders & Payments
• Handle transactions accurately, work seamlessly with servers, and ensure smooth service. ✅ Monitor Alcohol Consumption
• Check IDs, serve responsibly, and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. ✅ Stock & Inventory Management
• Keep track of bar supplies and notify management of restocking needs.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bartending Knowledge

• Strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. ✅ Speed & Efficiency
• Ability to handle high-volume service without sacrificing quality. ✅ Great Energy & Professionalism
• A welcoming, positive attitude with strong customer service skills. ✅ Team Player Mentality
• Ability to work well with servers, kitchen staff, and management. ✅ Experience Preferred
• At least 1 year of bartending experience. Availability
• Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and busy nights.
