Bartender la pura vida tacos & tequila 1650 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings such as fine dining establishments, banquets, or nightclubs. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and ordering as necessary to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience. Upsell beverages and promote special offerings to increase sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Familiarity with retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
