As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register; process payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing time effectively during peak hours. Experience At least 2 years of bartending experience. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in restaurant or nightclub settings is required. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
