Bartender Trattoria Di Napoli, LLC 904 Commerce Street, Perry, GA 31069 Welcome to Trattoria Di Napoli! We are a full-service restaurant coming to Perry in central Georgia. We are looking for new team members to bring our passion for food and service to our guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Trattoria Di Napoli’s standards. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well stocked bar. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately. Keep up to date knowledge of cocktail, wines, beers, spirits, food menu, and rotating specials. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years experience in a fast-paced, fine dining atmosphere. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Strong attention to detail and ability multitask effectively. Knowledge of point of sales systems and cash handling procedures. Experience with mixology and a great base knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. Must be at least 21 years of age. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
