Bartender JK Squared, LLC Dublin, GA 31021 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. This position requires a strong understanding of the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide personalized service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a cohesive dining experience for guests. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with sales techniques in the food industry, particularly within restaurant settings. Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately.
