Basic food Regulates work so that all foods are prepared and ready to serve for salad bar. Practice batch preparation for freshest food served. Operate equipment including slicers, choppers, ovens, steamers, kettles, dish machine as directed. Prepare food for future meals. Set up salad bar, prepare condiments for serving. Pay is based on experience. After training, pay will be re-evaluated and then evaluated quarterly.
