Bartender Oaks on the River Luxury Boutique Resort 205 Fort King George Drive, Darien, GA 31305 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure seamless service. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal offerings. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals. Previous experience in the food industry preferred, with knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Sales skills to promote drink specials or upsell menu items effectively. Excellent hospitality skills, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued during their visit.
