Bartender Rabun Social 851 Highway 441 S, Clayton, GA 30525 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires an understanding of drink recipes, food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with cash registers or Aloha POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol serving regulations is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for interacting with guests.
